Settings → Questionnaires manages the intake questionnaire — the questions a whistleblower answers when submitting on your reporting site.
How it works
- Questionnaires are versioned templates. Editing produces a new version; your reporting site runs whichever version you last pushed, and the screen shows any drift between the two.
- Push to site applies the current template to your organisation’s intake instance. The push is recorded, so you always know which version reporters are answering.
- Reference questionnaires aligned to the New Zealand Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act 2022 are available as starting points.
Classification options
Use Add classification options in the editor to insert a question whose choices are your classification types. When a reporter picks one, their case is classified automatically the moment it arrives — before anyone on your team has touched it.
Ask for what you need to act, not everything you’d like to know. Shorter questionnaires get completed; long ones get abandoned — and every extra free-text field is another place a nervous reporter might identify themselves unintentionally.
