Secure Report gives your organisation a safe, structured way to receive and manage whistleblowing reports. Reporters submit through your organisation’s dedicated, anonymous intake site; your team investigates and resolves each case in the Secure Report application.

Anonymous intake

Each organisation gets its own dedicated reporting site where whistleblowers can submit safely — anonymously if they choose.

Case management

Every report becomes a case: classify it, set severity, assign an owner, escalate, and track it to resolution.

Privacy by design

What the reporter wrote never leaves the secure intake system — Secure Report works with references, not copies.

Every action audited

Each change is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail your organisation can rely on.

How it works

1

A reporter submits

A whistleblower opens your organisation’s reporting site, answers your intake questionnaire, and can attach evidence. They receive a receipt code to check back for replies — no account or email needed.
2

The report becomes a case

Secure Report picks up new submissions and creates a case with a reference like SR-2026-0001. The submission is classified automatically from the reporter’s answers where possible.
3

Your team investigates

Analysts review the report, register evidence, message the reporter (two-way and anonymous), add internal notes, and move the case through its workflow — with every step recorded.
4

Report and close

Dashboards track your caseload, and any case can be exported as an archival-grade PDF/A report that contains case activity only — never the reporter’s words.
