Settings (in the sidebar) is where Org Admins shape how Secure Report works for their organisation. Global Admins — the SecureReport platform team — see the same area with a few extra platform capabilities.

Who holds which role

Membership and roles are managed in your organisation’s member management (invitations, role changes). Secure Report reads the role from your session — the application itself never grants roles.
Org Admins always have full access within their organisation and cannot be restricted. Restriction is something you apply to the configurable roles: HR Analyst, Advisor, Viewer.
