Settings → Organisations shows your organisation as Secure Report knows it: name, the slug that forms your reporting-site address, and the state of your dedicated intake instance.

Your reporting site

Each organisation gets a dedicated intake site at its own address — typically https://<your-slug>.securereport.cloud. This is the address you publish to staff in your whistleblowing policy. The status field tracks the instance lifecycle:
The slug — and therefore your reporting address — stays stable even if the organisation is renamed, so printed policies and posters keep working.

Scope

Admins see and manage their own organisation only. Working across organisations is a platform-team (Global Admin) capability, and platform tools such as connection tests are restricted accordingly.
